ComFlow — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the ComFlow platform and its applications (the "Service"), provided by People Park Limited Şirketi ("People Park", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • The person who creates a company account confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of that company.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • The Service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or older.

2. The Service

ComFlow lets a company create a workspace, invite its employees, and manage tasks, processes, approval workflows, forms, and related records. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security of the Service.
  • Access the Service through automated scraping or place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Impersonate another person or company.
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others.

4. Customer Data and Ownership

  • Content you upload to your workspace ("Customer Data") belongs to you. You grant People Park a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
  • The ComFlow platform, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to People Park.
  • Each company is responsible for informing its employees about the data it stores in ComFlow and for having a lawful basis to do so.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your company account at any time from the application settings. When you do, all of your company's data is permanently and automatically deleted from our systems, and this action cannot be undone. Backups expire shortly afterwards. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before deleting your account.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, if account information is found to be false, or if the Service is used in a way that threatens its security or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or entirely free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, People Park is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or outages caused by third-party services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and we will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
