Pulseo Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: March 30, 2026 Last Updated: March 30, 2026
1. Overview
At Pulseo, we respect your control over your personal data. Because Pulseo is designed to work locally on your device, most app data can be deleted directly by you inside the app or by removing the app from your device. This policy explains how deletion works, what data is removed, and what may need to be managed separately.
Developer: PeoplePark Brand: Pulseo Contact: support@peoplepark.com
2. How to Delete Your Data
You can delete Pulseo data through any of the following methods:
2.1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open Pulseo.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete All Data.
- Confirm the deletion.
This is the fastest way to remove app data stored on your device.
2.2 Uninstall the App
Deleting Pulseo from your device removes locally stored app data. If you previously wrote heart rate or PRV values to Apple Health, those records must be managed separately in the Apple Health app.
2.3 Contact Support
If you need help understanding what data is stored locally or how to remove it, contact support@peoplepark.com. Because Pulseo does not operate backend servers for health data storage, we cannot remotely erase health data from your device, but we can help you understand the deletion process.
3. What Gets Deleted
When you delete Pulseo data, the following locally stored information may be removed from your device:
3.1 Health and Measurement Data
- Heart rate measurements
- PRV metrics such as SDNN, RMSSD, PNN50, and CoV
- Stress, energy, heart age, and heart score estimates
- Signal quality details
- Measurement timestamps, tags, and notes
3.2 Manual Health Entries
- Blood pressure values
- Blood oxygen values
- Blood sugar values
3.3 Profile and Preference Data
- Age, gender, height, and weight
- Preferred language and unit settings
- Other app preferences stored locally
3.4 Reminder Data
- Medication names
- Dosage details
- Reminder schedules and related local notification settings
4. What Is Not Automatically Deleted
The following may need to be managed separately:
- Apple Health data: If you allowed Pulseo to write data to Apple Health, those records remain in Apple Health until you remove them there.
- Apple subscription records: Subscription billing and transaction history are handled by Apple and are not deleted through Pulseo.
- Device-level backups or copies: Any device backups, screenshots, exports, or copies managed outside the app are outside Pulseo's control.
5. Timeline
For data stored locally on your device, deletion is generally immediate once you confirm it in the app or remove the app from your device.
6. Before You Delete
Please note:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you want to keep any information for personal reference, record or export it before deletion where applicable.
- If you use Apple Health, review and remove Health records separately if you also want them deleted there.
- If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
